What happens after you submit

What happens next:a licensed advisor reviews your responses, identifies which underwriting tier (Level, Graded, or Guaranteed Issue) you qualify for based on your health responses, and follows up by phone with options. We do not pressure clients; there's no obligation to enroll.

Independent multi-carrier shop. We work with Mutual of Omaha and other top-rated carriers on final expense products. Carrier and product depend on your state and underwriting tier.

Senior consumer protection. We follow the senior solicitation rules adopted by California, Florida, Texas, and Ohio (and others where applicable). You may request to end communication at any time.

Underwriting tiers. Final expense policies have multiple underwriting tiers based on health questions: Level pays the full death benefit from day one, Graded pays a partial benefit during the first 1-2 policy years then full benefit, Guaranteed Issue pays a return of premium during the first 2-3 years then full benefit. The tier you qualify for depends on your responses during application.
